I have one goal and one goal only: MAKE YOU SUPER DUPER HAPPY WITH AWESOME ART! I truly and wholeheartedly love what I do, and take tremendous pride in my craft. My films are cinematic, entertaining, and personal - and that's because I literally eat/breathe film during the daytime hours, and dream about it during sleepytime.
About me: I'm a 25 year old storyteller that has traveled this entire planet thanks to film. The only place I haven't really been is Antartica, but that's just because the opportunity hasn't presented itself yet.
2021 EDIT: I'm now 28, wow how time flies. The good news is that Sweetheart Cinema has been a successful venture beyond my wildest dreams. I've shot hundreds of weddings, met so many incredible people, and am so thankful for the life it's given me. The bad news is that I have a slight beer belly and my hair is balding thanks to my dads shitty genetics.
I got my start after one miserable year of college, when I decided to drop out and pursue a life of filming rock bands and events on the road - much to the dismay of all my family and teachers. They all called me stupid for believing I can make a good career out of attending cool parties and eating steaks. WELL WHO'S LAUGHING NOW, BITCHES?!?!
Thus began my life in the music industry. I would go on tour with major rock bands or celebrities and document all the crazy shenanigans of life on a tour bus. Working with live events and documenting stories is something that comes very natural to me, and has always been my passion since I was a teenager.
Aside from being an awesome filmmaker (or at least I like to think that), I try to be an awesome person! I place a huge value on getting to know my clients and being able to connect with them personally, as that bond always shows up on film.
When not behind a camera I enjoy the simple things in life. Such as: forcing my cat to cuddle, backpacking the world, chugging margaritas, riffing out on a guitar, writing screenplays, and trying to find the best slice of pizza I can.
